General information about Jästbolaget’s processing of personal data

Jästbolaget has the responsibility for processing  of your personal data as controller, and we promise to handle the data with care.

Our purposes for using personal data is to handle an enquiry from you or to be able to provide you with a service or products which you have ordered. If you have provided us with an express consent, we may also use the data to improve our communication with you, or to improve our goods and services (further details are provided at the point of leaving consent).

The legal basis for our use of personal data is that it is necessary to fulfil a contract with you, to complete tasks in advance of such a contract, another legal obligation that we have or that you have given us your express consent to a specified type of processing.

We will delete the personal data when we have handled your enquiry, fulfilled the contract with you, our legal obligation to process the data ceases, or you withdraw your consent by contacting us as described above.
